EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

(i) Graduate in any discipline with LLB from the institute/ university recognized by UGC.

(ii) Registered as member  of any Bar Council

(iii) 2(two) years practiced at Bar.

AGE LIMIT

Minimum Age - 21 years

Maximum Age - 30 years

AGE RELAXATION

5(five) years for candidates belonging to SC/ST.

Age concession for serving Government employees will be allowed, the equal number of years they are in service subject to a maximum of 5(five) years.

12.  Distribution of Legislative powers between the Union and the States.

14. Administrative and Financial Relations between the Union and the States.

15. Trade, Commerce and Intercourse in India.

16. Emergency provisions.

17. Constitutional safeguards to Civil Servants.

II. INDIAN CONTRACT ACT:
