EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

He must be an Indian citizen.

He must possess a degree in Law. 

Possess experience of working as an Advocate in the High Court or in a Court Subordinate thereto, for a period of eight years.

Note- It is mandatory to upload an experience certificate certified by the Hon. Judge of the concerned court at the time of submitting the application.

AGE LIMIT 

He must be NOT less then 18 years of age.

AGE RELAXATION 

• Open Category: 38 years.
• Reserved/EWS/Orphan: 43 years.
• Meritorious Sportspersons: 43 years (Open & Reserved).
• Ex-Servicemen: Period of service + 3 years.
• Physically Challenged (Divyang): 45 years.
